Department: Sales, Business Development  |  Location: Thailand

AVOW is the leading app growth marketing company for advertising in alternative android app stores and on-device performance ads. We provide access to untapped OEM inventory for incremental user growth and engagement.

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Sales team and expand our activities in Thailand. This role’s focus is on building our portfolio in the region by selling our solutions to new Advertisers further developing business relationships with our clients.

The right candidate should be ambitious, with strong communication skills and innovative mindset, who is willing to unlock all key opportunities in a fast paced Market for mobile Advertising such as Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • The core responsibility of this position is to strategically grow our Advertiser portfolio through high activity levels and networking
  • Your objective is to acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers across focus markets (TH) and focus verticals (Gaming/ Non-Gaming)
  • Partner with internal cross-functional team members to situate your accounts for success and drive account growth
  • Lead market penetration and assume a willingness to be the face of the company in your markets of focus (TH)
  • Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising
  • Attend key industry events and conferences
  • Represent AVOW and articulate our value proposition to key decision makers in top mobile companies

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or a similar role, preferably in AdTech/Mobile Industry
  • At least a Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a top university
  • Proven sales and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present AVOW’s innovative product offering to potential clients and bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product and positioning of Avow
  • Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential new sales/ customer requirements, end to end
  • Team player with an ability to work remote and independently
  • Attentive to details and previous CRM experience a plus
  • Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics
  • Fluent English. Additional language knowledge will work in your favour

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our operation team in Berlin. This role’s focus is on supporting operations of different teams to ensure high quality on performance and efficiency for daily operations.

The right candidate should be a strong team player, proactive and who has strong positive energy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for campaigns setup and partner integrations
  • Test campaign tracking links and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist client services and supply managers in automating reports using in-house tools
  • Be the first technical point of contact for external partners such as MMPs, supply partners
  • Create and update supporting documents

Requirement

  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in technical support roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Solid foundation in Mobile advertising Ecosystem. 
  • Familiar in working with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch etc.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and knowledge in Chinese is a plus.
  • Knowledge in SQL or python is a plus

Department: Media Partnerships Team  |  Location: Berlin, Germany or remote

This role’s focus is on building and further developing business relationships with our clients. The right candidate is a proactive personality who takes pride in success and achievement and who has positive energy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects, generate leads, and close new collaborations with media partners and publishers through frequent and clear communication and guidance during onboarding and integration phase
  • Buildup, maintain and foster relationships with media partners to ensure campaigns are managed smoothly and according to their criteria
  • Manage our inventory yields by running advertising budget via direct Apps, Media Buyers, Ad Marketplaces and assist in overseeing our demand inventory
  • Analyze trends in traffic placements within our supply inventory by monitoring revenue, performance, and optimization metrics
  • Resolve any account issues pro-actively and expediently and work together with the different departments to overcome obstacles

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of applicable experience within the mobile advertising space, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge foundation of key mobile advertising functions inclusive of tracking
  • Passion about advertising in supply partners account management
  • Great social and relationship building skills, a clever negotiator
  • Able to match partner’s traffic capabilities into new business potentials
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
