As we continue to establish headcount in Berlin, we are looking for an Account Manager to help affect growth of our advertiser portfolio in Indonesia. The ideal candidate should be diligent, ambitious and have an innovative mindset, a profile who is willing to jump into a startup environment and build their skill set within Berlin’s newest marketing technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients: conducting sales calls and meetings, negotiating contracts, and providing customers with valuable insights and offerings as part of an on-going, consultative relationship
  • Develop quarterly growth strategies across accounts
  • Work with the internal CRM, external fraud detection platform and MMP reports and constantly provide clients with the best return on their ad budget spend
  • Proactive studying of the environment and contribution of innovative ideas to continuously develop our ad fraud detection tool
  • Educate new customers about Avow’s value proposition, the current OEM product offering and market trends
  • Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth
  • Represent Avow at key client meetings and industry events
  • Exceed daily and monthly IO targets

Requirements

  • 1-3 years ​of applicable experience within the mobile advertising space
  • Masters or Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a top university
  • Capable interpersonal skills; willing and able to unlock and develop new relationships
  • Possess a solid knowledge foundation of key mobile advertising functions inclusive of tracking/attribution and optimization
  • Consultative and analytical sales approach, with focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients​
  • Bahasa as native language + Business fluent in English
  • ​Ability to confidently represent Avow’s solution and establish credibility as reliable matter expert in the field of mobile advertising​

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our international Media Buying team in Berlin. This role’s focus is on building and further developing business with our OEM partners and other direct mobile inventory channels. The right candidate is a proactive personality who takes pride in success and achievement and who has positive energy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team to manage and optimize a portfolio of campaigns on multiple OEM platforms and mobile inventory platforms
  • Support tracking, reporting, and analysis to draw insights and continually optimize campaigns for top advertisers in the mobile space
  • Close communication with demand-side teams to ensure budget delivery and KPI achievements.
  • Analyze campaign data and develop tactics and strategies to continue scaling spend and improving performance
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs

Requirements
