Becoming a part of our team will be through a swift and impactful recruitment process because we respect your time and energy! There will be four key steps, and we will ensure clarity and efficiency at each these stages.
Our process begins with a casual yet informative screening call with our TA team. This initial touchpoint allows us to learn more about you and gives you a glimpse into our team and culture!
In this phase, you’ll have a more in-depth discussion with our hiring manager. It’s an opportunity to explore the role more deeply and gain a better sense of the expectations.
This stage will highlight your unique strengths and problem-solving skills while giving you more insights into the team and its current challenges.
An optional round to allow you to meet a potential team member.

We have three stages in the recruitment process: First, potential candidates will be invited to a screening call, and then a personal interview (this is currently a video call due to the COVID-19 pandemic) with a manager and recruiter. Successful applicants are then invited to a second interview (also currently held via video call) which includes an analytical assessment or presentation with a manager and a teammate.
We try to make it as short as possible. Depending on your schedule and the main stakeholders involved we do our very best to have it all done within two weeks.
Depending on the role you apply for, you will meet 2-4 people during the process.
