Frequently Asked Questions
We have three stages in the recruitment process: First, potential candidates will be invited to a screening call, and then a personal interview (this is currently a video call due to the COVID-19 pandemic) with a manager and recruiter. Successful applicants are then invited to a second interview (also currently held via video call) which includes an analytical assessment or presentation with a manager and a teammate.
We try to make it as short as possible. Depending on your schedule and the main stakeholders involved we do our very best to have it all done within two weeks.
Depending on the role you apply for, you will meet 2-4 people during the process.

Yes, we do! As much as we believe in face to face team work, we also learned that working from home brings balance and allows to focus on certain tasks. We offer a hybrid work-location model, were we have two days a week onsite at our office and the rest can be done from home.
