If there is one thing we learned as we close out this year, it’s that AVOW knows how to bring people together. Whether we are navigating the rain-soaked rivers of Vietnam or lighting up a dance floor in Berlin, the spirit is exactly the same: high energy, deep connections, and plenty of laughter.
Here is a look back at the two massive events that defined our end-of-year celebrations.
The AVOW Christmas Party in Berlin
At HQ in Berlin, we were joined by our counterparts from LATAM, where we took over a local bar for a night that was less “corporate mixer” and more “underground club.
The Vibe:
- In-House Talent: Why hire a DJ when you have AVOW talent? We had our very own DJ spinning tracks, keeping the energy electric under the neon lights.
- Mic Drop Moments: The karaoke machine saw some serious action. But the highlight of the night was a special performance by one of our A-Team members. They dedicated an original song of theirs to the entire room, with lyrics that perfectly capture our mindset for the future: “Bigger, Better, Higher.”
Between the singing, the dancing, and the toasts, the Berlin party was the perfect release after a year of hard work.
AVOW APAC Connect: Da Nang & Hoi An
For four days, the Europe team touched down in Da Nang, Vietnam, to meet face-to-face with the wider APAC team. The mission? To bridge the distance between our offices. The result? Unforgettable memories (and some incredible food).
The Highlights:
- Work hard, play hard: We kicked things off with the 2025 APAC Meetup workshops. As you can see, the team is looking stronger than ever and ready to tackle the new year.
- Jeeps & Dragons: We explored Da Nang in style with a half-day Jeep tour, hitting the Marble Mountains and the famous Dragon Bridge.
- Culinary Wizards: Day 3 took us to the historic charm of Hoi An. The team donned aprons at the Morning Glory Cooking School, where things got heated, literally! (the art of the flambé 🔥anyone?)
- Rain or Shine: The weather in Hoi An gave us a true tropical experience. Did a little rain stop us? Absolutely not. We threw on our rain ponchos, hopped on a boat down the Thu Bon River, and explored the wet markets and ancient streets with herbal teas in hand.
- A Grand Finale: We wrapped up the trip with the spectacular Hoi An Memories show, watching 400 years of history come to life on stage.
From the Welcome Dinner to the final goodbye, APAC Connect proved that no matter the distance and time zone, we are one united team.
2026 Here We Come!
Whether we were sharing street food in Vietnam or singing our hearts out in Germany, these events reminded us of what makes AVOW special: the people.
We are leaving this year with full hearts, full passports, and a clear mantra: Bigger. Better. Higher.
