What are Dynamic Preloads, and how do they differ from factory preloads?

Dynamic Preloads are a method of installing apps directly on users’ devices during initial device setup, through partnerships with Mobile OEMs. Unlike factory preloads, which are fixed on devices at the factory level and cannot be adjusted, Dynamic Preloads are more flexible and allow for the latest version of the app to be installed direct from the Play Store after the user is presented with the app and opt-in to installing it.
