Department: Client Services  |  Location: Remote (preferably in India, Indonesia or SEA-timezone)

AVOW is the number one app growth marketing company for advertising in alternative android app stores and on-device performance ads. We provide access to untapped OEM inventory for incremental user growth and engagement.

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Client Services team based remotely (preferably in India or Indonesia) and to connect daily with our team in Berlin. This role’s focus is on building and further developing business relationships with our clients. The right candidate is a proactive personality who takes pride in success and achievement and who has positive energy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and further develop strong long-term relationships with our advertisers
  • Monitor and analyze the results of different traffic channels and manage accordingly and constantly to unlock new advertising budgets
  • Create status reports, performance analysis and forecasts
  • Support the team and work together to look at new opportunities on an ongoing basis
  • Provide educational resources and support for advertisers Meet performance goals and contribute to the overall success of the company

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of applicable experience within the mobile advertising space, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge foundation of key mobile advertising functions inclusive of tracking
  • Passion about advertising in demand/advertiser account management
  • Great social and relationship building skills, a clever negotiator
  • Able to translate client needs into new concepts and business potentials
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities

Department: Finance  |  Location: Berlin, Germany

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Finance team in Berlin. This role’s focus is on managing the financial, accounting and controlling operations of the company. The right candidate is a proactive personality who takes pride in success and achievement and who has positive energy.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the monthly financials, together with our external accountants
  • Managing the billing process: invoicing, payments and cash flow management
  • Take responsibility of the company’s Controlling processes and prepare repetitive, but also one-off reports to Management, as necessary
  • Be the first point of contact for external stakeholders such as tax advisors, state agencies, payroll consultants, lawyers, banking partners.
  • Support the team and Management with any finance-related questions

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Accounting, Controlling or Finance
  • Bachelor degree or higher with strong academic record
  • Relevant knowledge of accounting, controlling, treasury and finance operations
    Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
    Hands-on mentality, outcome orientation
    Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and advanced knowledge of German language (C1) are mandatory
  • Legal and contract review knowledge, industry experience or experience with Datev Unternehmen Online are a plus
